# Python Machine Learning Advanced

## Overview

Natural Language Processing (NLP) and the construction of Flask web apps that put machine learning to work are the subjects of this hands-on course. TF–IDF and cosine similarity go into a movie recommendation system, while Naive Bayes, TextBlob, and Vader carry the sentiment analysis. Cleaning and processing the text itself relies on RegEx and lemmatization. Flask fundamentals, dynamic HTML templating, and API integration for pulling in live data are covered along the way. The course ends with the deployment of a complete Movie Recommender App, which leaves you with practical experience in applied ML and web development.

## What you'll learn

- Assemble an end-to-end NLP pipeline that cleans text with RegEx, strips stopwords, lemmatizes, and vectorizes.
- Fit a Naive Bayes model and assess how well it sorts movie reviews into positive and negative.
- Put pre-trained sentiment scorers such as TextBlob and Vader to use, and weigh them against each other.
- Use NLP techniques to power a recommendation engine that points users to similar products.
- Get grounded in Flask by building search apps, connecting APIs, and delivering ML models through the browser.
- Finish with a capstone: a Movie Recommender App running on Flask that combines NLP, machine learning, and web development.
