# AI Coding for Product and UX

## Overview

The subject of this course is what happens where user experience, product design, and software development overlap. Working with AI-assisted workflows and current development tools, students take product requirements and turn them into applications that are cleanly structured.

Hands-on projects give students room to examine type-safe development, testing strategies, and API design, and the applications they build treat usability, performance, and maintainability as priorities. How engineering and design work together, and how product workflows run in actual jobs, receive steady attention throughout.

## What you'll learn

- Work with current programming languages while following type-safe development practices
- Model structured data and build the relational databases that hold it
- Create APIs, document them, and handle versioning and errors correctly
- Carry out research into user experience and put design systems to use
- Express product requirements in the form of technical specifications
