## Overview

This self-paced course shows how artificial intelligence gets applied to project management in practice. Natural language processing, machine learning, and generative AI each get attention, along with what they contribute to planning, executing, and monitoring a project.

Worked examples and hands-on activities demonstrate where AI makes tasks such as risk analysis, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication simpler. The course also addresses the limitations of AI and the ethical and compliance requirements that apply when organizations put it to work.
