## Overview

Practical, workplace-ready skills with Google Gemini AI are the focus here, and the material progresses from foundational prompting to more advanced workflows. You will practice writing effective prompts, handling files and multimedia, building custom Gems, and working with Canvas and Memory. The course also puts features such as Deep Research and NotebookLM to work on research, analysis, writing, and knowledge management tasks.

Instruction extends to running Gemini alongside Google Workspace applications such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Drive, plus automation setup through Extensions, Scheduled Actions, and Workspace Flows. Participants work through exercises and a capstone project that yield a Gemini system personalized to their role, and they end up holding practical deliverables that are ready to apply on the job.
