## Overview

This course is built around the question most people actually have about AI at work, which is what to use it for on an ordinary Tuesday. You will start with how AI generates its answers, then spend the rest of your time applying Copilot to concrete tasks: clearing an inbox, capturing what was decided in a meeting, getting a first draft on the page, and making sense of a set of numbers.

Along the way you will get comfortable writing prompts, adjusting them when the output is close but not right, and using Copilot inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. You will also create AI images, learn where generative tools tend to invent things, and compare Copilot with ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot so your choice of tool is deliberate rather than habitual.
