## Overview

Participants begin with their first Claude chat and finish by building and operating a complete AI workflow for day-to-day work. The course shows how to create and administer custom Projects, connect the right tools, add Plugins geared to a particular role, and set up automated tasks that remove friction from routine responsibilities. Coverage includes prompting across five practical use cases, Projects that rest on persistent instructions and knowledge bases, and Artifacts, Styles, and Memory as the levers for personalization. Advanced collaboration techniques such as chain-of-thought reasoning and the “You Ask Me” method help participants raise output quality and consistency.

Halfway through, attention turns to Claude Cowork, the desktop agent from Anthropic that works directly with files and connected tools. At this stage each participant lays out a context system, decides on guardrails, switches on workplace integrations, installs Plugins, and schedules recurring automations tuned to their role. The final capstone asks each participant to design an end-to-end Claude system for their own job, producing a practical deliverable they can put to use right away.
