Canonical URL: <https://training-nyc.com/courses/microsoft-project-level-ii-self-paced>

## Overview

Building a plan is the easy part. This advanced course covers what a project manager needs during execution, monitoring, and control, which is when plans meet reality and start to slip. You will update a plan to reflect actual progress and monitor how the project is tracking against the baseline you set.

You will also adjust plans to work around constraints as they appear, create reports that communicate status honestly to stakeholders, and customize project settings so your preferences carry across to future projects. Microsoft Project proficiency equivalent to Level I is required.
