## Overview

Learn to clean, organize, and reshape data quickly with Power Query, a powerful tool built into Excel and Power BI. This hands-on course will show you how to streamline your process for analysis and reporting.

- **Master the Power Query Editor:** Get familiar with Power Query’s interface as you import and transform datasets. Practice altering data types, rounding values, and filtering out irrelevant rows before loading.
- **Transform and Reshape Data:** Use tools like Transpose, Pivot, and Un-Pivot to restructure data for better usability. Create calculated columns and group values to support your analysis.
- **Combine and Merge Datasets:** Append and merge data from multiple sources using a variety of join types, including inner, outer, and anti joins. Develop workflows that consolidate data.
- **Optimize and Automate Queries:** Duplicate and reference queries to save time, create parameters to automate tasks, and troubleshoot issues using the Advanced Query Editor. Learn to manage dependencies and streamline query refreshes.
