Study contemporary design tools and workflows on your own schedule and finish with a portfolio that is ready for the job market. Graphic design, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, UI/UX design, AI image generation, and AI-assisted app development all fall within the certificate.
The coursework is project-driven, so students turn out design pieces suitable for a portfolio, work through user research and prototyping, run image generation across several AI models, and stand up live web applications with AI coding tools. A refined design portfolio, a UX case study, and deployed projects are all in hand once the certificate is complete, ready to put in front of employers or clients.
This is the recommended order, but some courses may be taken in a different order.

However, you may need to obtain required software. We’ll help you get set up with a free trial of paid software prior to the class. Most of our coding classes utilize freely-available open-source software. For most of our design and motion graphics courses, we will help you get set up with a free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud. If you attend the course in-person, we will have a computer already set up for you with all of the required software for no additional cost.
