We generally offer free retakes for up to 6 months after the class date.
- Given the ongoing health situation, we are extending the free retake period to 1 year for any signups or class dates between March and June 2020 (i.e. if you are enrolled in a class in April, you will have until April 2021 to use your free retake).
- Students can use their free retake using the same or different method of delivery (i.e. come to in-person training within 1 year of taking a class Live Online).
- Free retakes can also be used to reschedule a class outside of the regular policy (i.e. if you need to reschedule within 3 days of the class, you can use the free retake for your reschedule).
- Note: Free retake policy is subject to the class running and having available seats. If the class is not running or there are no available seats, we will extend the retake period accordingly.
