Starting from the very first message you exchange with Claude, this hands-on course carries you through to a finished AI workflow made for HR professionals. HR-specific examples, exercises, and genuine people operations documents drive the practice as you learn to write prompts that work, organize continuing work in Projects, turn Artifacts into reusable templates, and link Claude with the tools in your workplace. When you are done, you hold a Claude system personalized to your HR role and to whichever people priorities matter most to your organization.
The written output expected of an HR professional is enormous, covering employee communications, onboarding programs, policy documents, performance review frameworks, offer letters, and job descriptions. Given the right organizational context and a set of professional guardrails, Claude is unusually good at speeding that output up. What this course teaches is how to put those guardrails in place and then use them across every category of HR content, including talent acquisition, employee relations, policy and compliance, people analytics, and program development. A capstone ties the whole thing together, and in it you create a complete HR deliverable package driven by the full Claude system you have built.

If you attend the course in-person, we will have a computer already set up for you with all of the required software for no additional cost.
