The course starts with building a digital marketing strategy that works and putting it into practice on your business website. Proven website optimization techniques are covered here, together with approaches for turning the people who visit into leads and paying customers. You will finish with the practical skills required to launch new digital marketing efforts or expand the ones you already run.
Optimizing a website for a target audience is impossible until that audience has been pinned down. Early sessions therefore cover who your audience actually is, how customer personas get built, and what audience research involves. The second half of that groundwork is your own offer, since something has to distinguish your business from the rest. With the audience settled, you will assess your business and draft a value proposition. Goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) follow, so the results of your marketing campaigns can be measured.
Your website is where people head first when they want to know more about your business, so that is where your strategy knowledge gets applied. The course examines what a site requires in order to appeal to visitors and generate leads. Homepage qualities come first, followed by a closer look at achieving them through persuasive design. The final stretch covers product pages, including the formats and features that convert leads into sales.

If you attend the course in-person, we will have a computer already set up for you with all of the required software for no additional cost.
