We offer SPSS Bootcamp, Introduction to SPSS for Data analysis and Intermediate SPSS. We have the perfect course or private training for everyone, with classes scheduled on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, at our Manhattan location. Students with little to no experience working with SPSS find the Bootcamp more useful than the other classes. Here are some of our best SPSS classes:

SPSS Essentials 3-Day Class

SPSS Essentials training concentrates on the topics that researchers use most commonly. When you are finished with this class you will be able to create a data file and enter data, conduct preliminary analyses, use graphs to describe and explore the data, manipulate the data, check the reliability of a scale, apply correlations, conduct significance tests, and perform regression analysis.

The SPSS Bootcamp covers dataset management, descriptive and inferential statistics, regression analysis, graphs, and reliability analysis. This class runs 2 to 3 days and is intended to provide students who have little or no experience with SPSS with skills that will allow them to create, import and manage datasets and perform descriptive and inferential statistics.

Introduction to SPSS for Data Analysis

Introduction to SPSS for Data Analysis focuses on managing the dataset. Statistical analysis is not taught in this class. Topics covered include recording data, selecting cases and restructuring (transposing) the dataset.

This course introduces how to present, analyze and interpret data using the statistical analysis software package SPSS. In virtually every field of work, being confident and competent in analyzing data and drawing conclusions is extremely helpful. This course will help you develop those skills using SPSS, which is a statistical package widely used in business, industry, government, commerce and the education and health sectors.

Intermediate SPSS

Intermediate SPSS is intended for students who have experience using SPSS. This class introduces students to scripts, performing inferential statistics using non-parametric test and bootstrapping, linear and multiple regression, general linear models(two-way and repeated measures ANOVA) and decision trees(CHAID analysis).

This is an intermediate-level course designed to introduce students to advance techniques used in data analysis and database management. Focus is placed on the use of scripts, the appropriate use of parametric and nonparametric tests, regression analysis and Decision Trees. The incorporation of these techniques will provide the tools necessary to perform sophisticated analysis and management of data.

Analysis performed that allows you to check the integrity of the data, SPSS has commands that allow you to do this. The commands are missing value analysis and analyze patterns. SPSS Bootcamp, Intermediate SPSS and Introduction to SPSS for Data Analysis does not cover these topics but we can cover them if you are interested.
