Commercial real estate (CRE) encompasses a wide range of property types, including office, retail, hospitality, multifamily, industrial and more. For CRE valuation, various factors must be considered, including net operating income, location, quality and duration of leases, asset quality, and more. In this course, we'll examine the essentials of CRE investments starting with income and valuation metrics of Net Operating Income and Cap Rates.
The first installment is due one week before the first class. Subsequent installments are spread out evenly across the duration of the course.
